Greetings to you from Belize. I am Belizean, born and raised in Belize City. I have worked in the financial industry for over 18 years, and have finally made the decision to accomplish my dream. One of my biggest dreams have always been to become an entrepreneur, and I believe that this is the time, this is my calling. Having been exposed to both real estate and property management in my work career and personal life throughout the last 20 years, and considering the passion I have for the job, I am confident that I will be able to exceed my clients expectations; ensuring that their needs are met and that they get value for their money. MY QUALIFICATIONS
I possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Management and have over 18 years of working experience within the Banking Industry. During this period, I have worked as a Credit Officer for twelve years, and have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of Real Estate & Property Management; having being tasked to manage various housing projects, sale of properties and supervision of home construction by loan borrowers. As a result of my experience as a Credit Officer, I possess first-hand knowledge of the loan processes within the various local financial institutions, and am therefore able to assist clients in this area, leading them in the right direction towards pursuing their goals.
I have also been exposed to Property Appraisal & Legal processes during my tenure as a Credit Officer, and therefore, has a wealth of knowledge regarding property values and basic legal background; background knowledge which I am certain can be effectively applied to the Property Management and Real Estate business. In addition, I have had over 10 years of experience as landlord for personally owned properties, and can therefore provide better personal care for owners, compared to other property management companies that impersonalize their service.
Based on both my personal and work experience, I have developed a great passion for both property management and real estate and therefore, I am very enthusiastic about getting the job done and satisfying customers’ needs.
